About Me

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Compassionate. Experienced. Neuro-affirming.
Hello, I’m Rosie — a qualified primary school teacher with over 14 years of experience and a fully accredited ADHD coach. I’m also a proud mum of three wonderful children, two of whom are neurodiverse.
Because of my personal and professional journey, I understand first-hand the emotional, practical, and often exhausting process of navigating SEND support — from advocating for your child to managing the impact it can have on the whole family, including siblings.

Understanding the Challenges
Through my work in schools and my experiences at home, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how learning differences, anxiety, and EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance) can affect a child’s confidence, wellbeing, and sense of belonging. I know how overwhelming it can feel to wade through forms, meetings, and systems while trying to ensure your child gets the support they deserve.

My Mission
I’m passionate about creating compassionate, inclusive, and practical support for families, children, and schools. My approach bridges the gap between education and wellbeing, combining evidence-based teaching, ADHD coaching, and neuro-affirming strategies.
Whether it’s:
-
Helping a child rediscover their confidence and love of learning
-
Supporting parents through SEND processes
-
Guiding schools to implement inclusive, realistic classroom strategies
…my goal is always the same — to ensure every child feels seen, understood, and capable of success.
