Services Provided
We offer a range of professional and educational services, including:
•ADHD and executive-function coaching
•Academic tutoring and learning support (in-person and online)
•SEND consultancy and advice for families and schools
•Parental guidance and coaching sessions
Each service is delivered in accordance with professional and safeguarding standards.
Booking and Payment
•All sessions must be booked in advance via email, phone, or our online booking system (if applicable).
•Payment is due in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and online payment platforms (details provided at booking).
•Invoices and receipts are available upon request,
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.•Client cancellations: please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel without charge.
•Late cancellations or no-shows: sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
•Provider cancellations: if we must cancel or reschedule a session, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.
•Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 working days.
Confidentiality and Safeguarding
All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken if there are safeguarding concerns or where disclosure is required by law.
We adhere to UK safeguarding legislation and professional conduct guidelines.
Coaching and Educational Disclaimer
Our services are designed to support educational progress, wellbeing, and self-development.
They do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Where appropriate, we may signpost or refer clients to other professionals for specialist support. Progress may vary based on each individual’s needs, engagement, and circumstances.
Online and Digital Sessions
For online sessions:
•Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private environment.
•Sessions may not be recorded or shared without written consent from both parties.
•Parents or guardians should be present or available for under-18s as appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content shared through EmpowerED Coaching & Consultancy remain our intellectual property.
You may use them for personal or educational purposes only and may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
Liability
While every effort is made to provide accurate, safe, and professional services, we are not liable for:
•Losses arising from use or misuse of website content
•Technical interruptions beyond our control
•Outcomes dependent on client participation or implementation
Our total liability in respect of any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
