Refund Policy

At EmpowerED Coaching & Consultancy, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional services that support every child, family, and school. This policy explains when refunds or credits may be issued and how cancellations are handled for coaching, tutoring, and consultancy sessions. By booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & Payment

 

Sessions must be booked in advance via email, phone, or our online booking system (where applicable)

 

Payment is required in full before the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices and receipts are available upon request.

Client Cancellations

 

We understand that circumstances can change and aim to be flexible while ensuring fairness and sustainability.

More than 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule without charge.

A full refund or credit can be issued. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: The session fee may be charged in full, except in cases of genuine emergency or illness (at our discretion).

Block bookings or prepaid packages: If several sessions are purchased together, unused sessions may be refunded pro-rata only if at least 24 hours’ notice is given before the next scheduled session.

 

Provider Cancellations

 

If EmpowerED Coaching & Consultancy needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will: Provide as much notice as possible, and offer either a rescheduled date/time or a full refund for that session. We are not responsible for travel or other costs incurred due to cancellations.

Refunds for Programmes or Packages

 

Refunds for multi-session programmes, courses, or packages will be calculated based on the number of sessions delivered.

Any materials, resources, or administrative fees already provided may be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days once confirmed.

Exceptional Circumstances

 

We recognise that family and personal situations can arise unexpectedly. If illness, bereavement, or significant change in circumstances occurs, please contact us as soon as possible — we will always aim to respond with compassion and flexibility.

 

Digital or Downloadable Resources

 

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g. online templates, resources, or toolkits), refunds cannot be offered once files have been downloaded or accessed, except where the product is faulty or not as described.

Governing Law

 

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
